At Haveely, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please read this Return & Refund Policy carefully to understand the conditions for returns, exchanges, and refunds.
1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return if your item meets the following conditions:
- The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the order.
- The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
- The product is returned with all original packaging, tags, accessories, manuals, and free gifts (if applicable).
- The item is not damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.
- Proof of purchase or the original order number is provided.
We reserve the right to inspect returned products before approving a refund or exchange.
2. Return Timeframe
Return requests must be submitted within 7 days from the date your order is delivered.
Requests received after this period may not be eligible for return or refund unless required by applicable law.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To request a return, please contact our customer support team with the following information:
- Order number
- Product name
- Reason for the return
- Photos of the product (if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect)
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the product.
Please do not send items back without receiving return instructions from us.
4. Refund Process
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.
- Refunds will be issued within 7 days after approval.
- Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
If your order was paid using Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds may be processed via bank transfer, UPI, or another mutually agreed method.
Shipping charges, handling fees, gift wrapping charges, and other service fees are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
5. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for eligible items, subject to product availability.
Products may be exchanged if:
- You received the wrong item.
- The product arrived damaged or defective.
- You require a replacement due to a manufacturing defect.
- Exchanges for size or color are available (if applicable).
If the requested replacement is unavailable, we may offer a refund or store credit, depending on the circumstances.
6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please provide:
- Your order number
- Clear photos or videos of the product and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
After verification, we may, at our discretion:
- Replace the item,
- Exchange the product,
- Issue a full or partial refund, or
- Provide another suitable resolution.
7. Non-Returnable Items
Unless required by applicable law, the following items are generally not eligible for return or refund:
- Products marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”
- Gift cards or digital products
- Personalized or customized items
- Perishable goods
- Hygiene or personal care items that have been opened or used
- Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling
- Items returned without original packaging or essential accessories, where applicable

8. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs depend on the reason for the return:
- If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will bear the return shipping cost.
- If the return is due to a change of mind or another customer-related reason, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

9. Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped by contacting our customer support team.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible, and the order will instead be subject to this Return & Refund Policy.

- The product shows signs of use, damage, or alteration not caused during delivery.
