Thank you for shopping with Haveely. We are committed to delivering your order safely and as quickly as possible. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver your orders.
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 4 to 7 working days after payment has been successfully received.
Orders are processed only on business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
During peak shopping periods, promotional events, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.
2. Shipping Methods
We offer the following shipping options, depending on your location and product availability:

- Express Shipping (where available)
- Cash on Delivery (if offered)

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location, selected shipping method, and order value.

5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email and/or SMS containing your tracking details.
You can use the provided tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment through the courier partner’s tracking page.
If you do not receive tracking information within 7 days after your order has been dispatched, please contact our customer support team.
6. Delivery Issues and Delays
While we work with trusted delivery partners, delays can occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:
- Severe weather conditions
- Public holidays
- High shipping volumes
- Transportation disruptions
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses
- Courier operational delays
If your package is delayed beyond the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us and we will work with the shipping carrier to assist you.
If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, repeated failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept the package, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
7. International Shipping
At this time, we ship only within India. We do not currently offer international shipping.
8. Damaged, Lost, or Missing Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 Days of receiving your package.
When contacting us, please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged package and product
- A brief description of the issue
If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please:
- Check with family members, neighbors, or your building’s reception/security.
- Contact the courier partner.
- Reach out to our customer support team if the issue remains unresolved.
We will do our best to assist you in resolving the issue.
9. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details during checkout.
If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. While we will make every effort to update the address before dispatch, we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed or shipped.
